Meeting at Susan's Home
This month I managed to remember to take my camera so I could po
st pictures for those of you who couldn't attend the meeting. When I arrived this is the group already there. We had a good turn out and the lady on the couch across from Dena is her 
mother. I know they told me her name, but I can't come up with it at this time. Later in the evening we had a lesson for Gail on how to use the spinning wheel. She was getting the hang of it so the next thing you know she'll have her own wheel. After the meeting Carol June followed me to my house where she picked up some Cheddar material to do the Cheddar Challenge on Quiltville.com and visited with Mr. Owen who says he's interested in learning to spin so one of these days maybe Carol June will have another student. It was a fun evening and we hope the ladies from Oakley will be able to attend next month. As the evening was breaking up we decided to do a Christmas Gife Exchange. The gift is to be $10 or less, hand made by someone and wrapped. If I've forgotten anything let me know. We'll do some kind of game to exchange them. More details to follow. See you next month.
